Today, diners are rightly more concerned than ever about eating healthily, and caterers have an increasing responsibility to provide their customers with meals that are nutritionally sound, as well as attractive and good-tasting.

All our of our UNCLE BEN’S and DOLMIO Ready To Use Sauces contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. All of our sauces meet the FSA 2010 salt targets, with some even meeting the FSA 2012 salt targets. Also, the majority of our sauces are low in saturated fat.


As Uncle Ben's and Dolmio, we care about allergens. We do not use nuts or peanuts as ingredients in our Foodservice sauce and dry rice factories, and in most of our sauce recipes we have no ingredients containing gluten. All of our products are suitable for vegetarians, and we have one portion of vegetables in each portion of DOLMIO Bolognese, DOLMIO Tomato & Basil, DOLMIO Arrabbiata and UNCLE BEN's Chilli con carne.
